With the Auction-Marketing Method program, the seller chooses the sale date and the seller controls the terms of sale.  Additionally, a seller may choose to sell the property in 'As-Is' condition, and the seller and auction company will establish a specific marketing budget for the property,  Even better, with a buyer premium paid at closing, the seller does not pay the real estate commissions that would normally be associated with the sale of real property.
